Sweeter yet shall blow its breezes on the day that sets us free!
I seem to say this a lot, but it feels most relevant right now.
The breezes are hot, smokey, and stuffy from the fire.
and I feel ridiculously free(in the good way).

After going on a giant grocery trip by myself this morning,
I sat down to get some serious writing progress done.
A soft violin melody floated into my ears from a neighbor's house
and I experienced some déjà vu:
memories of practicing my violin of that
exact same song in Mrs. Krosene's music class in 4th grade!

I hoped the violinist's mother is strict and forces him/her to practice for hours
because I enjoyed the live music to accompany my writing.

Can I say that I lOove this random influx of blogs? It makes procrastinating on apps much more interesting hahaa..

That's so interesting that you put a flower in a glass bottle with pebbles and water. You just filled an empty bottle with pebbles. What kind of pebbles? I dunno, just the regular kind. Just a bottle with pebbles. Pebbles. You could hit the banditos over the head with that. (I saw the play last night. Except that kind of flower was a lily.)

And you're talkin about feeling free! Also a major theme of the play. This coincidence is way crazy. But I just had some coffee so perhaps the caffeine is making me extra excited.

I should never drink coffee past 5pm. Oh mai gawd.

Wow. Caffeine is not good.

haha same here! and then i came across that egg full of notes that you gave me for my birthday one year. i think that was the same year as naley-mania, and that girl said "happy birthday..naley!" because you wrote it on my balloon.

haha that waSszz from navid's disco boogey.

i like how sometimes i capitalize in comments, and other times i don't. i s'pose it depends what kina mood i'm in.

hehe i love that quote.

where'd you go grocery shopping? don't you love grocery shopping? i do. it's so fun buying bread and milk (actually i don't buy milk. my dad always goes to costco to buy it.. and when my mom gets it from albertson's he throws a fit) and crackers and dried fruits and cereal and chips and frozen foods and lunch and yogurt. yummmy.

i remember that day we watched a knight's tale! i had no idea who heath ledger even was (in fact, i didn't really even know who he was til recently). and we did sit on the left side of the room! remember mr. namkung and the goodies he'd bring us and how he taught us to invest our money and save up for the future? and remember BP and CP? and ATC and adobe photoshop and kiisFM and making banners and direct connecting on aim and naley and the notebook? hehehe.

you left a comment on the boba picture on my flickr (i deleted the picture) saying we should get drinks sometime. and we really really should!!

how are your apps going?
i haven't talked to you in so long. we need to catch up. do you still go on aim? do you eeeemail? let's email!

p.s. hahah i love your last comment about how you hope the violinist's mother is strict and forces him/her to practice for hours :P

heheh you can never leave too many comments! they made me happy :)

oh gawsh, i've actually been "working" on my college essays too.. except, i haven't been. i've been on blogger and facebook and gmail (i go on gchat waaay more nowadays). i don't even know what i'm doing anymore. like, i've written things... but i don't think any of it is worth submitting, so i don't really know where to go from there.

i love love trader joe's, sprouts, and albertson's! i haven't been to sprouts in a long while, though. but those are pretty much the best groceries stores out there :) heheh.

well then i'll have to sign on aim more often then. i'll i/m you if i see you onnn! but i dunno, i don't usually like going on anymore because it's just too distracting (but then again, so are all these other sites.. like blogger...)

aw fantasy hill! hehe the little printout of fantasy hill is still up on my wall. fantasy hill and peter pan are sort of interrelated, actually! i think i have a mild case of peter pan syndrome too. going off the college sort of automatically makes you more grown up. and even though it's super exciting and new and different, it's also scary and different and challenging in so many other ways. i really can't wait for the summer before college, though. there won't be any summer reading (omg, unless they assign you summer reading? but no, that can't be possible) but lots of sadness and separation from friends..

allie was 17. hey, we're 17!! does that mean we were 12 when we first watched it? how young we were!

yep so let's go get drinks (not alcohol or anything alcohol-related hahah) or eat or grocery shop! orrr to the park or the pool (though it's not summer, but it's still warm enough.. sometimes) or fantasy hill or anywhere!

do you email a lot? let's get a threaddd going :)
