They are so beautiful.
I am no longer a black thumb!

Today in nursing:
S:I used to really want a bunch of kids.
L: like how many is "a bunch"?
S: like 14.
L: how cute. How little were you?
S: oh no no, this was like 3 years ago.
--
L: once, I accidentally broke my sister's hand
E: My sister tried to push me off a balcony on the 2nd story
--
Then, Mrs. D poured neon orange germ-glow onto everyone's hands.
(to simulate actual germs)
Everyone washed their hands furiously to try and get rid of microbes.
We examined our hands under an ultraviolet light,
and marveled at how many germs were still lingering stubbornly.
This convinced me that you can scrub and wash till your hands fall off, but
the germs will still be there.
In the midst of homework last night, I got up,
and decided to bake a
blueberry cake.
It was splendid.

BE THERE! :)
(that mushroom used about 8 lbs of clay and 3 layers of glaze coating!!)
