i love eggplants. i've had at least one in my
fridge every week for the past 4 months.
we had the most uninspiring awkward guest
lecturer today. he managed to say
"uhhhhhhhhhhh" every other word.

every time i eat eggplant i actually think of you :)
i ate fried eggplant at a chinese restaurant this past weekend. it was okay... i also had a frozen stuffed eggplant parmesan from trader joe's that was deeelish.
