my grandma and i went to the beijing zoo today.
just like we used to 17 years ago.
she kept on calling lemurs, "kitty cats".
a macaque stared and made faces at her.
a stray cat wandered around the elephant exhibit.
a girl fed a zebra carrots.

what is that strange looking green thing?
i laughed out loud at the kitty cats bit...such kewl picxzs!
i especially like the zebra stripes + girl stripes
and yes that green thing, is it edible did you eat it was it tasty or is it like a prickly pear cactus edible but bland?
it's the seed pod of a water lily (& you can eat it).
