I started interning this week.
After a 4 hour long plasmid experiment
including lots of mixing, transferring, and centrifuging
i finally extracted pure plasmids free of proteins and other supernatants!
I also found these neon orange thick-rimmed lab glasses to wear.
they make me feel "mad-scientisty"
then after the gel electrophoresis:

oh my goodnessss.. after hearing all that science, i saw the muffins and thought they were an experiment from the mad-science lab. haha but muffins!
