s u m m e r ! :)

Today, Diana and I went to buy apartment stuff,
and visited Jon and his cold blooded friends
and his neighbor's cat who comes over to eat food.

me: can I see your lizards now?
diana: look jon! finally someone who takes an interest in them..

lizzard #1

lizzard #2

lizzard #3

casper the injured kitty
who has a blue and a green eye
and a nice pink ribbon

screen door

i'll throw in some flowers from his mom's garden

sweeter yet shall blow its breezes
on the day that sets us free

-and we're free now!

Mimi is a crazed dog.
She belongs to my cousin's mom's brother's wife.

yes, order more.

My free sample fell to the floor at costco today.
I only got to take one bite, before it went down.
It all happened so quickly.

My mom is so strange.
she likes Jack Black but hates angels.
And now she's humming Rihanna's-don't stop the music.

la de da.

Happy Birthday Ellen!

my great driving skills:

I don't know if you read this old thing, so if you do,
you are probably reading this right now:
Happy Birthday Hiroki !

Despite all our bickering and excessive disagreements,
we can still visit the place with all the things
and never have to worry about mud anymore.

I've renamed this place to be called:
The Secret Garden.

I was sitting on the bench,
going through pictures
when I heard a rustling of leaves with little feet noises.
I crawled to the edge of the bench
and peered into the bushes and saw this little creature.

he looked kind of like a dinosaur.

antz

most exotic-looking flower I could find.

Today was happy dandy.

But a few nights ago,
I had this horrible dream where Carrot Top tried to murder me :(

But today, I altered this great 5-ingredient jam cookie recipe
and turned them into fruit tarts!

dead and withering flowers have their own kind of beauty.

This place is really great to wander around in.

I shouldn't have worn flip fops(again),
but I didn't feel like wearing shoes on a warm afternoon.
The air smelled sweet and felt mellow.
It was rather nice.

I documented my adventure.

disease filled-most likely

a lonely little flower

the only one of these out there

green growth..

no sea monkeys

mr. snail who was moving quite quickly.

got a bunch of these in me..

the end.

200th post! :)

oh yes and...
"today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday"

maybe the only thing you'll ever need is your feet and a trail.

Last night felt like Christmas.
The weather abandoned summer and went back to winter.

hopefully, these days will be back.

I love how leah's pictures always seem to tell a story.

:)

ps: I love putting on freshly dried pants, out of the dryer.
The warmness hugs my legs. hehe.
Then I crawled inside the machine and
laid there until I realized there was underwear in my face.

la bella vita.

A few days ago, someone said I look a lot like my mom.

It's weird to think that your parents were young once, too.

his vest-wearing days.
---

lying there with a warm breeze,
listening to rogue wave,
thinking happy things,
watching the glittering water ripples
hazy sun rays permeating into everything.
-
nothing else compares.

I had a dandy weekend.
dandier than most weekends:

explored an empty(possibly zombie infested)campus,
found a mailbox in the middle of nowhere,
spotted a hawk up close,
found a stray dog, which ran away again,
and some other dandy things..

nearing 200th post..!

*During a solubility chem lab, grinding up sucrose*

Katie: give me the pistol and mortar
me: you mean pestle and mortar?
katie: whatever*stress the ver part*
me: yeah, you can use it to grind your own wheat
*misunderstands and says:
katie: why would you want to grow your own weed?
---
later, her lab partner says something about the thermometer.
katie: shut up. stop bitching about everything.

haha. what a nice girl.

he wouldn't let the visitors leave the Garden of Eden
So he'd run in front of cars, and refuse to budge..

piskey charm to fend off the ogres.

dear diana,
I hope reading this will make you feel better.

I rummaged through all your pictures(hehe) and saw this.

And this teddy bear who has been unfortunately skewered in the heart

Even though you are the bossiest person I know,

who sometimes reads other people's diaries(ahem..)
and forces people named john, to drive you everywhere and
hold your 20 pound bag while you watch fish..
and even though you refuse to get off my bed at 3 in the morning,
and never clean up your messes
and always ruin my clean bathroom when you come...

you're still the best sister ever .

"later that day..."
:)

They will see us waving from such great heights,
'come down now,' they'll say
...
'come down now,' but we'll stay..

This year, I didn't buy my mom a plant for mother's day
(I used to always buy her one)
This year, I didn't see anything she would have liked at the stores...

so I pasteled some pictures and put them in a frame.

I don't know what exactly this is, but I like it.

So in chemistry, Katie told me that "filthy" in Spanish was "qo-chi-na"
I put together all the spanish words I know and formed:
"No me gusta qo-chi-na an-ho-litos"
(I don't like filthy little angels)
? eh? :)

haha. look at her climb.

from a few months ago

I should learn to manage time better.

shall i compare thee to a summer's day?

call it a ritual.
